Bangalore, 9th December’2024: Chowman is back with its much-awaited Oriental Duck Festival, promising a feast of exquisite flavours to end the year with a bang! This year, the festival features over 21 delectable duck meat delicacies, each crafted to perfection to tantalize your taste buds. The month-long celebration kicks off on 6th December 2024 and will be available at all Chowman dine-in outlets and online delivery platforms.

From piping-hot soups to tantalizing appetizers and hearty main courses, the menu showcases an array of signature slow-cooked and roasted duck preparations. Begin your feast with comforting starters like Duck Meat Noodle Soup and Duck Meat and Oyster Mushroom Soup.

For appetizers, indulge in Traditional Peking Duck, Char Sui Duck Bao, Kolkata Style Chilli Duck, Mongolian Chilli Roasted Duck, Roasted Duck with Chilli Pineapple Sauce, and succulent Duck Momos.

The main course is a duck lover’s dream, with dishes like Butter Chilli Garlic Duck Meat & Egg Noodles, Kolkata Style Duck Meat Rice, and Hot Pepper Roasted Duck—each dish being a culinary masterpiece.
