Gurugram, Mar 19: GCC School in collaboration with KC GlobEd and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), hosted a roundtable discussion on “Future-proof Workforce: The New GCC Talent Imperative” at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels in New Delhi.

The exclusive gathering brought together senior HR leaders, talent strategists and industry experts to deliberate on the evolving workforce landscape, emerging skill requirements and the growing role of GCCs in driving global business transformation.
Prof. (Dr.) N. S. Kalsi, Board of Advisor, GCC School and Former Chairperson, National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), said,

The session witnessed participation from distinguished leaders representing leading organisations including Sunlife, Accenture, EXL, JC Bhalla, Genpact, Infosys, and HP. The session was moderated by Nisha C D Kurup, Head, Knowledge & Content SHRM India, MENA & APAC.
