India’s Young Minds are Driving Global Success Prathap Das

Jaipur, 17th February 2025: In the 12th International Youth Conference 2025 at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, on the theme ‘Viksit Bharat’, Prathap Das, Regional Head, South Asia, AACSB International shared his thoughts in the valedictory address. He said that India’s youth are the driving force behind its global rise, leading in innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology. With initiatives like Startup India and Digital India, young leaders are transforming challenges into opportunities. The valedictory session featured distinguished guests, Loly Vadassery, Chief Human Resource Officer, Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd, Dr. Dietrich Tschanz, Dean, Rutgers Business School, New Brunswick, USA, Deepti Mehta, Chief Human Resource Officer, Interface Microsystems, Kishore Balaji Desikachari, Executive Director – Government & Regulatory Affairs, IBM, Pramod Singh, Expert Associate Partner (AIS), Bain & Company. Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, Director expressed gratitude to the delegates, who participated from around the world, both online and offline. He also thanked the students from across India, who attended the conference, contributing to its success.

On the second day of the conference, the first plenary session was organized on the theme ‘Digital Dreams: How Technology is Accelerating India’s Development Goals’. The eminent speakers for the session were Ashish Airon, Forbes 30 Under Asia, Co-Founder and CEO – CogniTensor, Navajith Karkera, Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia and India, Co-Founder – Rapture Innovation Labs, Shipra Sharma Bhutani, Forbes India 2019, MD & CEO – Jagan Raj Professional Studies Pvt. Ltd. The second plenary session was organized on the theme ‘The Future of Wellness: Empowering Youth to Lead Healthier Lives’. The eminent speakers for the session were Dr. Dietrich Tschanz, Dean, Rutgers Business School, New Brunswick, USA, Hunny Bhagchandani, Forbes 30 Under 30 India, Founder – Torchit Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Loly Vadassery, Chief Human Resource Officer, Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd, Richa Singh, Forbes 30 Under 30 India & Asia, Conceptualizer & Co-Founder – YourDOST. The third plenary session was organized on “Viksit Bharat: Transforming India Through Brands, Innovation, and Influence”. The eminent speakers for the session were Shefali Vijaywargiya, Forbes 30 Under 30 India, Brand Manager – Amul, Prathap Das, Regional Head, South Asia, AACSB International, Atiksha Rathi, Content Creator, Podcast and Founder of a Fusion Restaurant, Kishore Balaji Desikachari, Executive Director – Government & Regulatory Affairs, IBM, Sunny Garg, Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia, Co-Founder & CEO Crib.

In the conference, participants were also awarded for Best Research Paper Award and Best Poster Award. The winners of the Research Paper presentation in the category of Faculty members/ Industrial Personnel were Priya Kataria, Assistant Professor, K.G Somaiya, Mumbai, Pramod Kumar, Assistant Professor, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore and Samarti Mathur, Project Manager, Accenture, Jaipur The winners of Best Research Paper in the category of research scholar was ⁠Geeta Khanwani (Research Scholar, Department of Psychology, Manipal University Jaipur), Paridhi Jain (Research Scholar, Department of Psychology, Manipal University Jaipur) and ⁠Ashita Rohiwal, Yukti Ahuja (Research Scholar, Jagan Institute of Management Studies). The award for Best Poster Presentation was presented to Tanya Jain, Sanjeev Kumar and Sneha Soni.
