In 2024, Artiste First has empowered a diverse array of talented artists, providing them with the resources to create and share their music exactly as they envisioned. In 2024, the label has not only been a launchpad for emerging talent but has also empowered established (bollywood) artists/musicians to showcase their art.

Artiste First Music Label is celebrating a landmark year in 2024, marking a significant milestone in its mission to keep artists and communities connected and in the forefront. Over the past year, the label has delivered a series of viral hits, including the global sensational “ISHQ,” alongside chart-toppers like “Kitna Aasaan,” “Harvest”, “Saen-V”, “Khwaab,”, “Khayaal,” “Ab Mujhe Ishq Karna Aata Hai” and “Shehzadi,”.

Collaboration has been the driving force behind everything we’ve achieved this year and for 2025. From Faheem Abdullah’s breathtaking album ‘Lost;Found’, Saen-V, Harvest, Ab Mujhe Ishq Karna Aata Hai and Backbenchers to the soul-stirring singles by artists like Rekha Bhardwaj, Asees Kaur, Sandesh Shandilya, Sohail Sen, Shraddha Mishra, Nikhita Gandhi, Badal, GD47, BADSHAH, Mrunal Shankar, Alif (Mohammad Muneem), Hariharan, Salman Ali, Goldie Sohel, Varun Jain, Akshay Raje Shinde, Aman Moroney, Himalayan Harmonies & Hansika Pareekh and many more; every release has been a labor of love, creativity, and teamwork.

Faheem Abdullah’s ‘Lost;Found’ is a shining example of this collaborative spirit. The album, with standout tracks like “Ishq,” “Khwaab,” “Sajde,” and “Aag,” is a deeply personal yet universally relatable journey. “Artiste First gave me the support and freedom to turn my dreams into reality,” Faheem shares. “Faheem Abdullah is a multidisciplinary artiste from Srinagar, India. He made his debut as a singer-songwriter in 2020 with his single Jhelum, and since then, he has been exploring different genres such as Blues, Psychedelic Rock, Dream Pop, Funk, R&B Soul, Sufi Rock, and Ghazal. As an artist, he believes in absolute freedom of speech and expression, and he thinks that an artist can bring positive change. He is highly inspired by his homeland, and his singing and songwriting is influenced by Kashmiri music and literature. Faheem Abdullah is also the artist behind the viral song Ishq from his first album Lost ; Found.”

Similarly, Sohail Sen’s album, ‘SÆN V,’ with its iconic tracks “Bulleshah and Oh Saiyaan,” brings timeless poetry to life with modern sounds. “Music is about connecting, and independent music lets me do that in the purest way,” says Sohail. “Artiste First has been my partner in bringing my vision to the world, and I couldn’t have done it without them.”

Sandesh Shandilya’s album, ‘Harvest,’ celebrates life’s simple joys and the connections we share. “Artiste First understands that music isn’t just entertainment—it’s an expression of life,” Sandesh explains. “With their unwavering support, I’ve been able to create something truly special that speaks to the heart.”

This year’s singles have also been a testament to the power of collaboration and creativity. From Rekha Bharadwaj and Varun Jain’s emotional “Kitna Aasaan” to Goldie Sohel’s “Sun Ranjheya” and Asees Kaur and Goldie’s “Khayaal,” every song has struck a chord with audiences. Tracks like Hansika Pareekh, Varun Jain, and JUNO’s “Ho Jaane Do” and Vasudev Gandharv, Danish, and Nicks Kukreja’s “Mahi Hai Toh Mumkin Hai” brought fresh perspectives and unique sounds to the forefront.

“At Artiste First, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do,” shares Rohit Sobti, Curatoro-Founder of Artiste First. “We believe music is a universal language, and we’re simply the bridge that connects artists to their audiences. As Artiste First step into 2025, they are thrilled to present a project close to their hearts: “Riqqat”, an album by the incredibly talented Arslan Nizami, an artist rooted in the Sufi lineage of Kashmir. This album is more than music—it’s an invitation. An invitation to love, connect, celebrate, heal, and vibe with the universal power of sound. The first single from the album, “ROOH”, features the legendary Rekha Bhardwaj, which has already been loved by many.

“Riqqat” is a project that has been in the making with love, and we’re incredibly proud of the work Arslan and all the collaborators, team have put into it,” adds Garishma Gandhi”, Head of Marketing & Strategies. The song ‘ROOH’ is just the beginning — This album is our way of honoring the past while embracing the future (new sound), bridging tradition and innovation in a way that only music can.
