Chennai,6th January 2025: Indian Bank sponsored Phaco Emulsifier machine to Gurupriya Vision Research Foundation, Chennai under its CSR initiatives, for providing free cataract surgeries. This will enable the foundation to reach significant number of patients from underprivileged sections, providing them much needed relief.
The machine was handed over by Shri Mahesh Kumar Bajaj, Executive Director of Indian Bank to Dr. Vasumathy Vedantham, Managing Trustee of Gurupriya Vision Research Foundation, Chennai in the presence of senior officials of Indian Bank, trustees and staff members of the Foundation.
