My Orion Women’s Network (MyOWN): Elevating Women into Leadership
Founded in 2019 by senior women executives, MyOWN fosters gender diversity and leadership growth within Orion. By offering mentorship, global webinars, and an inclusive platform for women to share experiences, the network empowers employees to break barriers and advance their careers. MyOWN continues to reinforce Orion’s unwavering commitment to cultivating a workplace where women thrive, lead, and inspire.
Across other regions, we are driving global initiatives to accelerate action for women in technology. In North America and Europe, we have partnered with third-party organizations to host community and engagement events. We launched professional development programs across APAC.
