Noida, 19th November 2024: In an exciting leap forward, AAFT announced a proud onboarding of Mrs. Sunita Kohli as the Industry Dean for its School of Interior Design. Renowned for her groundbreaking work in architectural restoration and interior design, Mrs. Kohli brings a wealth of experience and a legacy of excellence to AAFT.
Mrs. Kohli brings decades of expertise and a legacy of achievements, including the prestigious Padma Shri award to her name. With her visionary leadership and renowned work in restoring India’s most iconic public buildings, such as the Rashtrapati Bhavan and the old Parliament House. Beyond India, her expertise can be experienced in the Parliament Buildings of Bhutan, and luxury hotels and hotel boats on the Nile, Egypt.
Mrs. Kohli will contribute to the program by crafting a well-rounded curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. Her industry expertise will ensure that students are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the dynamic field of interior design. Additionally, she will foster valuable industry partnerships to create a supportive network for students.
