The buffet features a thoughtfully crafted selection of Indian and international dishes including Charred Carrot & Millet Salad, Smoked Pumpkin & Sunflower Seed Hummus, Ancient Grain Risotto with Market Vegetables, Smoked Jackfruit Galouti Kebabs, Country-Style Eggplant & Chickpea Stew, and a Zero-Waste Homemade Vegetable Lasagne.
