Aug 17: Real estate developer Aaiji Group plans to add 1.35 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial real estate space in Dholera by December 2026, strengthening its long-term commitment to the emerging industrial and economic hub.

The development pipeline comes amid growing infrastructure activity and rising investor interest in Dholera, with the company seeking to capitalise on the region’s expanding industrial ecosystem.

The upcoming developments will feature thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces, offering attractive opportunities for homebuyers, businesses, and long-term investors.

The company had earlier announced its plans to invest Rs 100 crore by 2027 to develop residential and commercial projects in Dholera.

Lalit Parihar, MD, Aaiji Group said,

“The company has built a strong customer base across India, with buyers from major Indian cities both within and outside Gujarat and including encouraging interest from Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who view Dholera as a long-term investment destination backed by strong infrastructure development and economic growth.”

“The company’s transparent business practices, customer-first approach, and consistent after-sales support have resulted in repeat referrals, strengthening its credibility in the market. The new launches will help accelerate real estate development, habitation and investment in the region.”

Dholera is steadily transforming into one of India’s most strategically important industrial hubs. The troika of semiconductor manufacturing, large-scale connectivity infrastructure and smart city planning is beginning to reshape not only Gujarat’s industrial landscape but also the region’s real estate dynamics.

Parihar further added that residential demand is already beginning to emerge due to the influx of engineers, technical staff and industrial workers while commercial real estate is also likely to benefit as office spaces, malls, business parks, hospitality assets and ancillary industrial services develop around the semiconductor ecosystem.

The infrastructure execution in Dholera has visibly accelerated, and the long-term sustainability of the investment will depend on continued industrial absorption, social infrastructure creation and employment generation that together will create demand for residential, office and retail spaces.
