Bengaluru, December 20, 2024: Captain Fresh, a global leader in tech-led seafood supply chain, has further strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Jayant Prakash as Vice President – Legal & Compliance. This key leadership hire reinforces the company’s commitment towards governance and compliance excellence as it continues its journey to lead the baton within the seafood industry globally; while simultaneously preparing for the IPO next year.
Jayant brings over 20 years of experience in legal, M&A, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and IPO management, spearheading end-to-end Secretarial Operations and Corporate Compliances for Listed and Unlisted Companies across various industries.
In his most recent role as the Vice President, General Counsel, Company Secretary (CS), and Compliance Officer (CO) at Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited, he led the successful listing of the company, which was well oversubscribed. His prior achievements include leading and managing IPOs at Metropolis Healthcare as Head Legal, CS & CO, and supporting several public listings during his tenures with bankers like L&T Finance Holdings, Elara Capital, and other leading firms. He also managed the de-merger of US Business for Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as their Director – Legal and Company Secretary.
