Magellanic Cloud Builds Strong Growth Momentum with Continuous Order Wins Worth Over INR 111.04 Crore
Hyderabad, Aug 19: Magellanic Cloud Limited continues to demonstrate strong business momentum, securing order after order in recent months and strengthening its order pipeline, customer base and revenue visibility. The Company and its subsidiaries have secured a series of orders from leading Indian Railways divisions, BFSI institutions Global Technology Giant, GAIL (India) Limited, PSU Banks and DFCCIL. With orders aggregating over ₹111.04 Crore secured within a relatively short period, the consistent pace of business wins highlights the Company’s strong execution momentum and growing market opportunities. The Company expects to build further on this order momentum through the balance of FY27, with continued opportunities across its technology, e-surveillance and digital infrastructure businesses.
Continuous Order Momentum
• 24th April 2026 – Northwestern Railway: Bagged a ₹8.21 Crore railway surveillance project through Provigil for the Bikaner Division.
• 7 May 2026 – Southeastern Railway: Secured a ₹3.44 Crore AI-led railway e-surveillance project through Provigil.
• 11 May 2026 – South-Western Railway: Secured a ₹3.59 Crore railway surveillance project through Provigil.
• 29 May 2026 – South Central Railway: Secured a ₹7.64 Crore e-surveillance order for the Nanded Division.
• 2 June 2026 – East Coast & South Western Railway: Secured combined orders worth
₹4.31 Crore, taking the railway order book beyond ₹250 Crore.
• 20 June 2026 – East Central Western Railway: Secured order worth ₹3.13 Crore for railway surveillance through Provigil for the Dhanbad division.
• 30 June 2026 – Manappuram Finance: IVIS received an LOI for AI-powered e-surveillance across 1,000+ branches, expanding the Company’s BFSI opportunity.
• 6 July 2026 – South Central Railway: Secured another ₹6.25 Crore railway surveillance order.
• 13 July 2026 – South Central Railway: Secured a further ₹6.93 Crore order, taking the two railway wins within the week to ₹13.18 Crore.
• 29 July 2026 – Global Technology Giant: Motivity Labs secured multiple Purchase Orders from a leading global technology company belonging to the MANGA group worth approximately US$1.21 Million, equivalent to approximately ₹11.62 Crore at ₹96/US$, strengthening the Company’s global technology business and revenue visibility.
• 30 July 2026 – GAIL (India) Limited: Provigil secured a ₹12.76 Crore order for an integrated e-surveillance project, expanding the Company’s presence in critical infrastructure.
• 7 August 2026 – Western Railway: Secured a ₹12.13 Crore railway surveillance project for the Ratlam Division.
• 12 August 2026 – Punjab National Bank (PNB): IVIS secured multiple Purchase Orders through NCR Corporation India Private Limited for e-surveillance across 1,000 PNB ATM sites, with an aggregate value of approximately ₹18.4 Crore over five years, comprising Capex and Opex components.
• 13 August 2026 – Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL): Provigil Surveillance Limited received a ₹3.73 Crore LOA for CCTV surveillance across the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor, covering a five-year OPEX contract for surveillance system deployment and operations.
• 18 August 2026 – Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL): Provigil Surveillance Limited secured another ₹8.90 Crore order for an IP-based CCTV surveillance system across various DFCCIL locations, under a five-year OPEX model, further strengthening the Company’s order momentum.
