Mumbai, September 24, 2026: Inspira Global has appointed Neha Phale as Group Head – Marketing Communications, with a mandate to strengthen the Group’s corporate narrative, brand positioning and integrated communications across its diverse portfolio of businesses.
In her new role, Neha will lead the Group’s marketing communications strategy, focusing on corporate storytelling, brand narratives, thought leadership, internal communications and stakeholder engagement. She will work closely with the leadership and business teams to build a consistent and differentiated narrative for Inspira Global and its businesses.
Inspira Global is a diversified business group with interests across real estate, food services, international trade and luxury home products. Its portfolio includes Inspira Realty, Lenexis FoodWorks, Inspira EXIM and SEVA Home, spanning businesses and brands across varied sectors.
Neha brings over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public affairs and strategic stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Inspira Global, she held senior communications roles at VVF India Limited and Huhtamaki, and has also worked with organisations including Welspun India, Huntsman International and Dow Chemicals.
At Inspira Global, she will focus on building a unified corporate communications architecture, strengthening the Group’s visibility and developing compelling narratives around its businesses, leadership, people and growth journey.
