Ramky Infrastructure Starts FY27 Strongly with 24 percentage YoY Revenue Growth
Hyderabad, Aug 12: Ramky Infrastructure Limited, an infrastructure company with integrated capabilities across Industrial Infrastructure, Water & Wastewater, and Urban Solutions, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The Company delivered a strong start to FY27, with consolidated revenue from operations growing 24.3percentage year-on-year to INR 471.2 crore, compared with INR 379.2 crore in Q1 FY26. At the standalone level, revenue from operations grew 27.5 percentage year-on-year to INR 451.5 crore.
A key highlight of the quarter was the sharp sequential improvement in consolidated operating profitability. Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at ₹54.9 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with a loss of ₹19.1 crore in Q4 FY26.
The quarter also witnessed accelerated project execution, with two of the three projects awarded during Q3 and Q4 FY26 commencing progress and contributing to topline a quarter ahead of schedule. The early commencement of these projects reflects the Company’s execution capabilities and its ability to translate order wins into revenue in a timely manner.
Alongside growth and execution, Ramky Infrastructure continues to focus on sustainable profitability, strengthening its revenue mix across EPC and sustainable income streams, tighter working capital management and improved capital efficiency.
Strong Revenue Growth Sets the Tone for FY27
The growth reflects continued execution across the Company’s project portfolio, including projects awarded during the second half of FY26 that have moved into execution as per the plan.
Consolidated Profitability Strengthens Sequentially
Profit before exceptional item and tax stood at ₹54.9 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with a loss of ₹19.1 crore in Q4 FY26, reflecting a significant sequential improvement in consolidated operating profitability.
Consolidated Profit After Tax stood at ₹38.8 crore for Q1 FY27.
New Projects Begin Contributing to Topline
The early contribution from these projects provides incremental momentum to revenue growth and underscores Ramky Infrastructure’s focus on timely mobilisation, execution and delivery.
The Company remains focused on converting its order book into revenue through disciplined execution while selectively pursuing opportunities across its core infrastructure businesses.
Strengthening the Revenue Mix Through EPC and Sustainable Income Streams
Ramky Infrastructure continues to build a balanced revenue profile across its EPC and sustainable income streams, with a focus on creating greater resilience and predictability as the business scales.
The Company remains focused on maintaining discipline in project selection, execution and capital allocation while leveraging opportunities across its core infrastructure domains.
Financial Discipline and Capital Efficiency Remain Key Priorities
At the standalone level, finance costs declined to ₹13.1 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹16.5 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 20.6% year-on-year reduction.
At the consolidated level, finance costs stood at ₹36.8 crore during Q1 FY27. The Company is focused on addressing the increase through tighter working capital management and a more calibrated approach to subsidiary-level borrowings.

On a standalone basis, we grew revenue by 27.5% and earnings per share by nearly 31% year-on-year, while consolidated revenue grew 24.3%. The early contribution from two projects awarded in the second half of FY26 is particularly encouraging and reflects our ability to mobilise and execute ahead of schedule.
