Chef Mirko, the visionary behind Somma, Singapore’s acclaimed modern Italian dining destination created in partnership with The Lo & Behold Group, will present an exclusive, limited-time dining experience at The Market, the hotelโ€™s signature global cuisine destination.

Set against the refined elegance and timeless hospitality of The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, this unique culinary showcase brings the sophistication of modern Italian cuisine to the heart of the city. Known for its warm ambiance, open kitchens, and expansive culinary theatre, The Market offers the perfect canvas for this elevated gastronomic journey.

Chef Mirko, accompanied by his talented team, Chefs Ana and Loris, will unveil a menu that artfully bridges heritage and innovation. Each dish pays homage to Italyโ€™s regional ingredients and time-honoured traditions, while embracing modern technique and presentation.

“I’m thrilled to be cooking in India next week, with two of my Chefs Ana, and Loris. India holds such a rich tapestry of culture, heritage, and ingredients, and it’s an absolute privilege to bring a taste of Somma with our friends abroad. I’m here for the flavours, the stories, and the people. Let’s make it unforgettable,” says Chef Mirko Febbrile.

The menu will feature Chef Mirko’s signature creations, including The Lamb Saddle – Chestnut – Mushroom – Quince, which honors the rich game and flora native to the Umbra forest in the Gargano mountains. Another highlight is The Slipper Lobster โ€“ Spaghettone โ€“ Red Carrot โ€“ Sea Snails, an ode to the Southern Italian ancestral passion for deriving a wealth of flavor from humble ingredients.

The collaboration, facilitated by All Things Nice, represents a significant milestone in Bangalore’s evolving gastronomic landscape.
