Available from April to mid-June, this menu captures the essence of summer with flavour-forward dishes like the Mediterranean Mango Salad tossed with kale, arugula and sumac, or the Thai Mango Salad layered with crunchy vegetables, peanuts and a spicy chilli dressing.
