Strengthening Corporate Governance, Nikhil Singh Takes the Lead as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Kamat Hotels India Limited

Mumbai, Aug 18: Bringing with him over 10 years of professional experience across corporate secretarial, legal and compliance functions, Nikhil Singh takes lead as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Group General Manager – Corporate Secretarial) at Kamat Hotels India Limited (KHIL).

An Associate Member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Singh brings extensive experience in corporate governance, statutory compliance, regulatory frameworks and secretarial practices. At KHIL, he leads the corporate secretarial function, overseeing statutory compliance, SEBI regulations and corporate actions, while also supporting investor relations through timely statutory reporting and transparent stakeholder communication.

Prior to joining Kamat Hotels India Limited, Singh managed diverse compliance portfolios at leading digital and consumer-facing organisations, including Fino Payments Bank, MobiKwik and DEN Networks. His experience across corporate secretarial, legal and compliance functions has equipped him with a strong understanding of evolving regulatory requirements and governance practices.
