Hyderabad, July 15, 2025: Lovely Professional University (LPU) celebrated the academic potential and aspirations of its incoming 2025 batch from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states by awarding scholarships worth over ₹12 crore. Reaffirming its commitment to inclusive and affordable education, LPU granted scholarships to thousands of deserving students, around 3,000 of them receiving up to 70% of their program fee waived.
LPU’s wide-ranging scholarships recognize exceptional performance in academics, sports, cultural activities, innovation, and community service. Scholarships including tuition and hostel waivers- have been granted to top-performing students from school boards, universities, and national-level exams such as JEE, NEET, CUET, and CAT.

LPU’s scholarship initiatives such as Rakshak Samman Anudan and Shikshak Samman Anudan continue to honor the children of defense personnel and educators. Additionally, through its online platform, LPU extends 100% scholarships to serving armed forces personnel under the Jai Jawan (Operation Sindoor) initiative.
