Chennai, April 21, 2025: Lucas TVS, a leading manufacturer of automotive electrical components, organised the Technology Show 2025 at its Padi facility. The event held on 19th April brought together top OEMs from the automotive industry and curious minds from across the manufacturing sector. The show was inaugurated by Mr. T K Balaji, Chairman, Lucas TVS and Mr. Arvind Balaji, Managing Director, Lucas TVS along with senior executives from Mahindra & Mahindra. The show highlighted the cutting-edge technologies and products offered by Lucas TVS, its group companies โ€” Delphi TVS, INEL (Indian Nippon Electricals Limited), TVS Indeon along with partner company BAT (Bavarian Automotive Technologies GmbH).

At the Tech Show, Lucas TVS showcased its latest innovations, including lightweight car starter motors with stop-start and CoM (Change of Mind) capability, ultra-quiet alternators, smart wiper motors with inbuilt controllers, and heavy-duty gear reduction starters tailored for developing markets. The company also presented a new range of BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) and PMS (Permanent Magnet Synchronous) motors that support a variety of applicationsโ€”from EV traction and steering systems to industrial tools and cooling fans. High-efficiency EV traction motors and controllers for E2Ws, E3Ws, and SCVs were also part of the display.

INEL showcased advanced sensor technologies and EV-ready components including high-efficiency outer rotor motors, DC-DC converters, and integrated drive systems like ISG Machines and EFI/ECUs. TVS Indeon presented its ETOP (Electrode-to-Pack) LFP battery packs for EV and energy storage, developed in partnership with 24M, USA. Delphi-TVS highlighted its BS-VI Step 2 and TREM V compliant fuel injection systems and readiness for BS-VII norms, backed by its in-house technical and validation infrastructure. BAT, now a partner of Lucas TVS, displayed its capabilities in DCDC, inverters, BMS, onboard chargers, and software-defined vehicle systems aligned with global ASPICE and ASIL standards.

The Tech Show served as a platform for Lucas TVS, its group companies, and partners to demonstrate engineering excellence, drive towards electrification, and commitment to global sustainability goals.
