Bangalore, 22nd October, 2025: The 12th edition of Ignite Meraki 2025 and Ignite Career Fest 2025, organized by Ignite India Education and powered by W.T.F (Witnessing True Fashion), successfully concluded at the Courtyard by Marriott in Bangalore. The event attracted over 10,000 registrations, featured 2,000 finalists, and included 1,000 live project presentations, affirming its significance for aspiring designers and innovators.
Keynote sessions, workshops, and portfolio reviews focused on sustainable design, AI creativity, product innovation, and future opportunities in design education. Ignite India thanked its education partners, including NIFT and Pearl Academy, and special sponsor Unibic for supporting creative education.
Prominent industry experts mentored participants, sharing valuable insights. Several institutions received the Achiever Award for Academic Excellence, recognizing their commitment to student development.
The event also celebrated creativity through cultural highlights, including the IGNITE MERAKI Sharod Somman 2025, honoring exceptional Durga Puja pandals in Bangalore. Competitions in Creative Photography, Product Design, and Fashion Styling culminated in the Ignite Meraki Fashion Show, which showcased student talent, with Ekya ITPL securing 1st Place, APS Kamaraj Road 2nd Place, and DPS East & Vibgyor High School Joint 3rd Place.
Kumud Suman, Founder of W.T.F, noted that Ignite Meraki fosters creativity and courageous design, while Krishna Nand Singh, Co-Founder and COO of Ignite India Education, emphasized the collective energy and commitment of young minds and mentors in building a robust design ecosystem for India.
