Delhi, 13th June, 2025: Dharamshila Narayana Superspeciality Hospital today marked the Cancer Survivor Month with a landmark event with three major healthcare announcements in the presence of the Chief Guest, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt. Rekha Gupta:the inauguration of an Advanced 3D Mammography System, the announcement of a comprehensive Free Women’s Health Cancer Screening Programme, and the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat scheme at the hospital.

The newly inaugurated 3D mammography system offers fast, precise, and comfortable breast screenings with minimal radiation exposure. Beyond its advanced technology, this initiative reinforces Dharamshila Narayana’s commitment to early detection and prevention, making life-saving cancer screening accessible to women of all backgrounds and helping reduce late-stage diagnoses.

During the inauguration of the advance mamography machine at Dharamshila Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Delhi, the Chief Minister stated that “this unit is specially designed for the early detection of breast cancer in women, enabling timely treatment. Equipped with fully digital technology, the unit ensures quick and accurate diagnosis using the latest medical equipment”. The Chief Minister emphasized that “cancer is a disease that causes emotional turmoil for entire families when it strikes. However, advancements in medical science today have made early detection and effective treatment possible.”
