Mumbai, 5 March 2025: Amid much anticipation, the eagerly awaited second part of Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3, comprising five action-packed episodes, has finally arrived on Amazon MX Player, Amazon’s free video streaming platform, and the excitement among fans is palpable. Directed and produced by National Award-winning filmmaker Prakash Jha, the latest installment raises the stakes to an all-time high, promising an intense and gripping continuation of the twisted world of Bobby Deol’s Baba Nirala. As Aaditi Pohankar’s Pammi undergoes a remarkable transformation and reclaims her position in the Aashram, Part 2 marks a new chapter in this saga of betrayal, revenge, and redemption. The series also features a stellar ensemble cast, including Darshan Kumaar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Vikram Kochhar, Tridha Choudhury, Anupriya Goenka, Rajeev Siddhartha, and Esha Gupta, in pivotal roles.
Aaditi Pohankar, who delivers a hard-hitting performance as Pammi, reflects on her character’s evolution, sharing, “Pammi’s journey has always been one of determination and self-discovery. She started as a vulnerable girl, but through her struggles, she found a strength she never knew she had. Those were the hidden gems, the moments that truly shaped her evolution. To prepare for this transformative journey, I simply followed the script as it was, without altering the emotions already embedded within. As an actor, my job was discovering what’s beneath the lines and bringing that to life. I didn’t need external preparation, it was all about feeling what Pammi felt as she stepped into her power.”
Shedding light on the emotional depth of her role, Aaditi added, “Portraying a character who is both strong and vulnerable is always a challenge. But in reality, vulnerability and strength go hand in hand. It’s in our most vulnerable moments that our true strength emerges — we just don’t always realize when or how it will surface. With Pammi, that’s exactly what happened. Her innocence was always her strength, but when that innocence was shattered, it forced her to rise stronger. And that to me is the essence of her journey.”
