13th January 2025: The event, organized by the West Bengal Mountaineering & Adventure Sports Foundation (WBMASF) under the Department of Youth Services & Sports, Government of West Bengal, will take place in Kolkata from January 14th to 16th, 2025.

A total of fifteen climbers from Odisha will represent the Odisha Tata Sports Climbing High Performance Center in the competition. They will participate in two disciplines: Lead Climbing and Bouldering Climbing.
