New Delhi, July 30: India is accelerating its journey to become a global leader in electronics manufacturing, with an ambitious goal of building a $500 billion electronics industry by 2030 under the Viksit Bharat vision.
The initiative reflects the country’s growing focus on strengthening domestic manufacturing, increasing exports, and attracting global investments. By expanding production across smartphones, semiconductors, consumer electronics, telecom equipment, and electronic components, India aims to play a larger role in global supply chains.
