Chennai, 28th November 2024: Nibav Home Lifts, Asia’s largest home elevator brand, has inaugurated its fifth and largest manufacturing facility located in Chennai. With this strategic addition, the company will increase its overall production capacity from 7,500 units to 15,000 units per year from across all its manufacturing facilities. Strategically located in SIPCOT – Irungatukottai, the state-of-the-art unit is sprawled across 1,00,000 sq.ft. and will dedicatedly manufacture the company’s latest home elevator range – Nibav Series 4. With this move, the company will also generate 450 job opportunities across functions in the region.
The new facility has highly efficient manufacturing lines and packaging to ensure higher output and decrease the wastage of resources. The factory also boasts of advanced features like latest laser cut machines, CNC machines, powder coating unit, robotic machineries and test tower. With laser-sharp focus on innovation and quality, Nibav Home Lifts in this new facility also has set-up a dedicated R&D lab that will focus on further strengthening the design and technology behind Nibav’s Air-driven home lifts.
