Mumbai, May 8th, 2025: Property Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. (PSIPL), one of India’s leading indigenous providers of Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS), has taken a significant stride in advancing its CSR vision by launching a dedicated Skill Development Centre in Kandivali, Mumbai. This initiative, undertaken in collaboration with its parent company, the Kalpataru Group, aims to train over 1,000 youth every year in hospitality and facility management services.
Inaugurated by Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industry, under the aegis of CII’s Multi Skill Training Institute & Model Career Centre, the centre is a milestone in PSIPL’s mission to bridge the skill gap and create meaningful livelihood opportunities for underprivileged youth, especially school dropouts and job seekers.
As a key stakeholder in this initiative, PSIPL brings to the table over two decades of deep domain expertise in facilities management and workplace efficiency. Through practical, on-the-job skill development and a strong focus on employability, the company aims to build a future-ready workforce that is aligned with the evolving demands of the services industry.

The Skill Development Centre will offer structured training programmes that combine theoretical instruction with practical application in areas such as housekeeping, technical services, customer interaction, safety protocols, and soft skills. Graduates of the programme will be supported with placement assistance, helping them secure employment in a rapidly growing sector.
