MATHEW New Delhi, India, 29 August 2025: Saraf and Partners advised Gem Aromatics Limited, in relation to the successful initial public offering of their equity shares aggregating to INR 4,512.50 million (“IPO”). The IPO comprised a fresh issue aggregating to INR 1,750.00 million and offer for sale aggregating to INR 2,762.50 million. The overall IPO was oversubscribed by 21.71 times. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited acted as the book running lead manager to the transaction.
