Panipat, Haryana | 14th April 2025 โ In a major step toward youth empowerment and in alignment with the Government of Indiaโs Skill India Mission, M3M Foundation inaugurated the iMpower Academy for Skills under its flagship program โKaushal Sambalโ at Shri Madhav Jan Sewa Nyas, Samalkha, Haryana.
The new academy, launched by Shri Mahipal Dhanda, Education Minister of Haryana, aims to empower 10,000 youth over the next five years by providing them with industry-relevant vocational training. The initiative focuses on equipping underserved youth with practical skills and employment opportunities across multiple trades.

โThis initiative will empower youth with skill-based training, contributing significantly to India’s economy and growth,โ said Shri Dhanda Ji, emphasizing its alignment with the governmentโs vision of a Skilled India.
Key Highlights:
- The academy will offer training in trades including electrician, plumber, bedside care, sewing machine operator, computer operations, assistant beauty therapist, construction assistant, carpenter, and more.
- Courses are designed to meet both traditional and modern industrial demands.
- The initiative is being implemented in collaboration with Shri Madhav Jan Sewa Nyas, Aide et Action, NIED, and Vastukul.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Basant Bansal Ji, Chairman & Founder of M3M Group, stated, โThis first-of-its-kind premier institute in the region will attract youth to join skill development programs and become employable, prosperous, and self-reliant.โ

The academyโs inauguration aligns well with M3M Foundationโs commitment in supporting the Prime Ministerโs vision of a Skilled Indiaโ.
The event also saw the presence of esteemed dignitaries including Shri Pawan Jindal (State Sanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh), Shri Pramod Kumar (MLA, Panipat, Haryana), and Shri Prashant Hartalkar (Senior Functionary Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh).
This initiative extends M3M Foundationโs successful skilling model that has already benefited thousands in Tauru, Gurugram, Dharamshala, and Badshahpurโmarking another milestone in their mission of social upliftment and youth empowerment. These courses have been carefully curated to reflect both traditional craftsmanship and modern industry demandsโenabling learners to become future-ready professionals. This initiative is more than just skill-buildingโit’s about building confidence, self-reliance, and a better tomorrow. This program not only benefits the youths of Panipat, but also those from nearby locations, ensuring broader social and economic impact.
