His illustrious career spans multiple continents, where he has helmed elite kitchens in Singapore and Russia, including the prestigious JI XIN AH YAT Group PTE LTD, the Turandot Restaurant, and Orchard Hotel. He previously spearheaded the dim sum section at The Oberoi, New Delhi’s iconic Taipan restaurant, followed by a restaurant under his name, Mr. Choy, in the bustling Khan Market of New Delhi.
