Aquaporin continues to strengthen its presence in South and Latin America with new orders received for two projects in Chile and Mexico. In Chile, a well-designed wastewater recycling process with a feed capacity of around 2,600 cubic meters per day, equipped with Clear Plus series biomimetic RO membranes, will be delivered to a leading global manufacturer from the Food & Beverage industry. In Mexico, the Clear Plus FR series will purify well water with a capacity of 2,700 cubic meters per day.
The Chilean project was developed in collaboration with VOENS, a family-owned system integrator based in Santiago. Active across South America and the Latin America region, VOENS delivers tailored water and wastewater solutions for both public institutions and private-sector clients, including global brands. Their electromechanical systems – including Reverse Osmosis units – are manufactured in-house at their newly inaugurated workshop in Chile.
A strong collaboration
The installations mark a significant milestone in the global adoption of biomimetic water treatment, utilizing Aquaporin’s CLEAR membranes.
