“European Firm DSA Holding To Invest Up To $2B In Innogress Led Deep Tech Ventures: Biggest LOI In Indian Quantum-Deep Tech.”
New Delhi, Dec 23: Norway, Europe based Firm, DSA Holding AS, in association with its sister firm NGS (Norwegian Green Solutions) AS got partnered with Innogress Ventures, a Delhi NCR based firm promoting Deep Tech. ecosystem in India through its ventures Greater Karnavati Quantum Computing Tech. Park (GKQCTP), Greater Noida Robotics Technology Park (GNRTP), Indraprastha Quantum Data Center (IQDC) and other partnering ventures/institutions and expressed its intent to invest upto Two Billion ($2B) USD in Innogress Ventures and its Quantum-AI-Robotics Tech. ecosystem vide a LOI (Letter Of Intent) and MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed today at JSS University, Noida.
This makes one of the biggest private investments LOI in Indian Quantum Tech.-Deep Tech. industry.
This Two Billion USD investment LOI was issued to Innogress Ventures by DSA Holding AS, Norway for investing in Innogress’s Quantum-AI-Robotics Tech. projects (GKQCTP, GNRTP, IQDC) and also in its ecosystem partner’s deep tech. products/projects including IIT Gandhinagar, JSS University Noida, EgreenQuanta, Hanron Space, S-Qube, QuistechAI, Taqbit, Quanfluence, Silicofeller and other partner’s products/projects/ventures.
While NGS AS signed a MoU with Innogress for collaboration on Deep Tech., Green Tech., and securing green energy needs of Innogress Data Centers and Tech. Park Projects in India along with leveraging Innogress’s partners ecosystem for fueling its research, innovation and project needs.
During this MoU signing event at JSS University Noida, its Vice Chancellor (VC), Dr. H.R. Mahadevaswamywelcomed the European delegation of DSA Holding and NGS AS and walked through the various R&D, incubation and CoE (Center of Excellence) facilities available across the JSS Institutions operating under JSS Mahavidyapeetha including JSS University Noida for Deep Tech.–Green Tech. startups and how JSS is preparing next generation industry aligned skilled workforce through its various science, pharma, medical, engineering & tech. courses.
While addressing this event, Chairman of NGS AS, Mr. Sushil Kumar Jiwarajka, who is also Consul General of Greece in Mumbai, emphasized need for propelling deep tech. and green tech. innovations through sustainable finance and better living for the people, and highlighted scaling potentials of various tech. innovations in India provided such tech. solutions are made for the vast emerging India specific needs.
During this event Mr Vijay Kumar Sharma , Founder of DSA Holding and NGS, emphasized his firm’s plans to build Green Tech. and Green Energy projects and assets in India, in segments like Solar, Hydrogen, Battery Storage and other renewable energy based projects for fueling green and clean energy needs of fast growing Indian economy. He has expressed his happiness that with European Green energy firm’s MOU with Innogress and with European Holding firm’s intent to invest (LOI) in India through Innogress Ventures, an attempt has been made to align and converge fast emerging Deep Tech. and Green Tech. innovations and ecosystems for bigger national as well as global impacts and value additions for stakeholders.
Speaking during this MoU signing event, Founder and Director of Innogress Ventures, Mr Sumant Parimal has emphasized need for overseas investments pouring into Indian Deep. Tech. sectors, as local deep tech. finance opportunities are limited in India, though Indian startups, entrepreneurs, scientists and R&D institutions are buzzing with their innovations. He thanked DSA Holding AS for issuing biggest ever investment LOI in Quantum-AI-Robotics Tech.– Deep Tech. segment for supporting Innogress and its partner’s innovations & projects.
Other members of European delegations Dr Marc Bachmann, CEO of NGS, and Mr Joachim Herrn, Chief Legal Advisor of NGS, mentioned importance of global businesses and investors for being part of Indian growth story, and believed that through this collaboration between NGS AS and Innogress, it’s going to add tremendous positive impacts in Indian economy as well as in European economy, because this collaboration open access to growing Indian market and Europeans deep tech. & clean tech. investments feeds to right innovations and products & solutions required in deep tech. and clean tech. for India market.
Speaking on this occasion Dr Kumar Gautam, Founder of Egreenquanta and Partner of Innogress, has highlighted how his quantum startup innovating in areas of quantum navigation, quantum sensing, quantum computing and quantum-AI, while creating innovative solutions for defence, logistics, green energy, agriculture, healthcare. Govt./PSUs and other sectors. He emphasized on need of big-ticket deep tech investments in India and Quantum Tech Park (GKQCTP) framework required for sustaining Quantum Tech. innovations and investments.
